I had a big mac today. I've been eating pretty well and walking alot. I walked through kensington and hyde parks and got hungry. All the grease and salt wiped me out, so I went back to the hotel for a nap.
Woke up had some fish and chips at a pub. Watched Ireland beat Wales in the 6 Nations final and came to post.
It will be a quiet night. Have to catch the plane tomorrow and it will all be a memory.
